Brain Boost
For Competitive Gaming
Since i cover everything that can help in Competitive Gaming Environment I feel I should include this alternative as well.
Cafeine/L-Theanine(GreenTea)/L-Carnitine/L-Tyrosine/Ginkgo Biloba/Vitamins B6 & B12 & D3/ZINC.
(These are just pretty pics I found on the Net. You don't have to buy them. Thats my point)
These ingredients work with accumulation which means you have to take them every day or every other day so they can stay in your body to have an effect. The effect increases over time until you reach your optimum levels.
In the recommendations for some of them is written to stop taking it after a month (and make 1-2 weeks pause before start taking it again).
Finding your individual dose will take some time so you have to be consistent, not give up on the first week (or day) because you feel weird or your heart is racing from taking too much. Start with a small dosage at first to get a feel for each one of them. For ex. the first few days half a pill for L-Theanine & Ginkgo biloba so you can used to them. Then slowly increase the dosage based on how you feel.
So no need to buy this expensive shit they try to sell you (20-50 times higher price). Or maybe you cant buy it at all.
In case you cant buy this or you take Energy Drinks anyway, this might prove to be way cheaper or more potent as an effect, especially in long term (here Ginko Biloba is around 5eu & L-Theanine are around 10-15Eu for 60 pills (0.25 eu per day), Energy Drinks can be less than 35cents). I've taken L-Theanine/Ginkgo biloba/Caffeine, Two Energy Drinks (1 before & 1 while gaming. They have Caffeine, VITAMIN B6 & B12) & D3.
Basically, some of these supplements are what students get before exams. Same effects. All are natural products. People who go to GYM also take these supplements. You can buy L-Theanine, L-Tyrosine & L-Carnitine pills online or in a pharmacy or from the GYM. L-Theanine can be found in Green Tea for ex. Caffeine can get from coffee but I recommend energy drinks because also contain Vitamins B3,B2,B6,B12 (B vitamins are also good for your liver). The other thing you have to buy as supplements is Ginko Biloba (there are other similar products. Basically it dews/help saturate the brain, hands & legs with more blood-helps with memory & cold hands/feet as well). And you also need Vitamin D3 (which also recommended for prevention of the Coronavirus btw). L-Tyrosine improves alertness & focus, helps brain cells to communicate better, L-Carnitine helps the body to produce energy. Turns Fat into Energy. Important for the whole body, including heart and brain function & muscle movement).
Again, they have to be saturated in your system so you have to take them every day (or at least 1 every other day), otherwise you wont have the effect you are looking for. Its how they are supposed to be used. The dosage depends on your body. Its individual for everyone. You will feel more energetic & will start remember things much better. Like phone numbers for ex. in my case.
Optional (its up to you):
So about L-Theanine & Ginko Biloba. Once you get used to them the first few days you can take 2 each (not at once, 1 morning & 1 afternoon for few days) and then continue with 1 per day. The rest (energy drinks, ZINC, L-Tyrosine, L-Carnitine & Vitamin D) take by 1 per day. You should not take more than 2-3 250mm energy drinks. Some ppl can but others cant, so be aware of how much you take. If its too much for you & feel uncomfortable- lower it. I think 1-2 during the day is fine, maybe take 3rd Energy Drink during the game. Everyone should decide for themselves.
For people who want a faster effect and feel their body can tolerate a higher dosage just take 2 pills each instead of one or half. Repeat until 3rd or 4th day - you should decide based on how you feel. After that x1 of each pill every day (you can even lower it to half a pill per day if you feel 1 is too much for you). The goal is to saturate your blood the first couple of days & then just continue taking a lower dosage to keep certain levels in your blood. So you can do that on your own paste.
You can get coffee & multi-vitamins instead of Energy Drinks, if you prefer. Or Green Tea instead of L-Theanine .
So to conclude. Its up to you if you want to take more or less than 1 per day (or every other day). But the end goal should look something like this: 1 Ginko Biloba, 1 L-Theanine, 1 vit.D3, 1 ZINC, 1 L-Tyrosine, 1 L-Carnitine with 1-2 Energy Drinks 20-40 min before start gaming. You have to take them every day or every other day to saturate your blood. Consuming chocolate (something sweet) will speed up the assimilation.
There are other ingredients & fruits that you can use along with the already mentioned ones if you want to live healthy life & improve in Competitive Gaming as a side effect: Creatine, Ginseng root, Berries, Rhodiola Rosea (as a side effect they can treat anxiety, fatigue, depression, improves Brain Function, lowers blood sugar too). As I said earlier many people who go to GYM take some of these supplements too.
Some people are more sensitive than others so you need to monitor yourself. If you get side effects like a faster heart beating or feel uncomfortable in some way, lower the dosage and/or skip a day (you can even take half of everything if thats enough for you).
This will not help just in gaming. It will improve your memory, concentration & *cognitive reaction (this is your mental response time). Also help cold hands & feet and blood pressure when you go in certain age. But have to not overuse it. And after you get that for a month you have to stop for at least a couple of weeks to 1 month. After that, if you think its good for you, you can repeat the process. Over time you will find your right dosage. Some of these supplements might lower the effectiveness of some opioid drugs. I feel I should include this because its not well known. Your body will detoxicate faster.
