There are many functions but you most important are:
MyWin10, Program Deactivator, Startup Manager, Internet Booster, IObit Uninstaller, System Control
Also Deep Optimization-click on Details and check out the optimizations you dont want. This is one of the BEST 1-click optimizations in a program and it optimizes the all system. All tweaks are safe & can be reverted.
There is also Turbo Boost Mode which temporaly disable unnecessary services for Gaming for example or other system heavy tasks.
 You can update your Drivers too from Driver Booster app. Windows Drivers are optimized for compatibility not for performance & are slightly outdated. Unless you upate drivers from internet yourself you most likely have Windows drivers. One of most important drivers for Gaming are Internet & Chipset Drivers for example. I recommend to update your Video Card drivers from Nvidia or AMD sites.

note:BEFORE DO ANY TWEAKS TO YOUR PC DO a System Restore Point. That way you can revert all tweaks if you dont like something & go back to the date & hour you made the Restore point.

Its Locaton: right click on This PC - Properties, then System Protection. Then press Create...
If its not ON just find your C: drive click on Configure and turn System Restore ON. Then press Create...
